Standardized Testing: Please submit copies of your two most recent standardized test scores. Each Caroline D. Bradley Scholarship applicant is required to submit school-administered, nationally-normed standardized test results.

 

Due to the nationwide school disruptions caused by COVID-19, we ask applicants to submit the two most recent years of a school-administered, nationally-normed standardized test. 


Students with no standardized testing record due to homeschooling or their school or program does not administer standardized testing are still eligible to apply for the Scholarship. Please upload a brief statement explaining why the applicant does not have standardized test scores.

Work Sample: This section is designed to encourage intellectual and personal expression about a subject, topic, or discipline that is important to you. Please submit a paper, project, or piece of work you have created in the past year (in school or self-directed, academic, or creative) of which you are most proud. Explain why this piece of work is significant to you. Your work sample may be in any academic or non-academic domain but should demonstrate your ability, aptitude, creativity, and motivation.  

Please include a written description of your work sample, especially if your work sample is in an audio, video, or visual art format. Please make sure video and audio submissions are under three minutes and written material is no more than one chapter or five pages of a written report.

Please limit to one work sample. Work samples can have multiple parts.

5. There are unwritten rules that everyone follows or has heard at least once in their life. But of course, some rules should be broken or updated. What is an unwritten rule that you wish didn’t exist?
